Dispatched via UPS Ground or USPS. Estimated transit duration spans 3 to 5 business days once package is in transit.

Express Courier Service

Dispatched via UPS 2nd Day Air. Offers an expedited transit estimate of 2 business days.

 To guarantee the safe arrival of your luxury parcel, all shipments strictly mandate a direct signature upon

delivery. Automated tracking numbers are generated and emailed immediately upon carrier handover.

Carrier Limitations

Once a package is handed over to our shipping partners, custody transfers completely to the courier. The Hair Code cannot be held responsible for operational delays stemming from severe weather, transit disruptions, seasonal volume surges, or regional sorting issues. Our team will gladly assist you with official carrier traces if a conflict arises.

Delivered & Missing Parcels

If tracking details confirm successful delivery, our brand cannot assume liability for misplaced, lost, or stolen packages. In these instances, we advise checking with immediate neighbors, building reception desks, and contacting the courier directly. We are happy to provide documentation to assist with active carrier claims.
