## Order & Shipping Policies

All items are made to order and undergo strict quality inspection before shipment. Processing time and shipping transit time are separate.

Processing Options

 Standard Processing (Free): Up to 10 calendar days.

 Expedited Processing (+$50): Up to 7 calendar days. Includes priority handling and upgraded shipping.

Shipping Methods (Transit Time)

 Standard ($10): 3–5 business days via UPS Ground or USPS.

 Express: 2 business days via UPS 2nd Day Air.

Shipping Disclaimers

 Carrier Delays: The Hair Code is not liable for carrier transit delays caused by weather, high volume, or routing issues, but we will assist with investigations.

 Lost/Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier. Please check with neighbors or contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

## Cancellations, Delays & Refunds

Cancellation Policy

 Within 48 Hours: Full refund.

 After 48 Hours (Pre-Shipment): Subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

 Post-Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

Delayed Orders

If your order exceeds our stated processing window, contact us. Resolutions (expedited fulfillment, store credit, or refund considerations) are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted for incorrect, damaged, or defective items.

 Criteria: Items must be unused and in original packaging.

 Deadline: Claims must be submitted within 2 days of delivery.
