Should your plans change, orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase for a complete refund back to your original payment method.

Strict Final Sale Policy

Due to the exclusive nature and rigorous hygiene standards of authentic raw hair, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for unwanted bundles, used hair, or items that have been altered, washed, or unraveled in any capacity.

Mishandling & Error Resolution

Returns are uniquely authorized if an item doesn't match your original invoice. If an incorrect selection was received, the product must remain completely undisturbed, intact, and unaltered within its original brand packaging to qualify for a swap.
